Brentwood Parks and Recreation offers a dynamic “hard-soft” style of martial arts self defense technique that helps develop discipline and confidence. Combining all the Asian forms, Kuk Sool Won is sometimes called “the Cadillac of Martial Arts”, instilling conflict avoidance first of all. You will learn kicks, punches, holds, sweeps and weapons techniques from nationally known instructors Master Lee & Head Master Jack Harvey The class for ages 13 and over class is ongoing on Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30 pm. Brentwood Parts & Recreation is offering ZUMBA—It's a fun fusion of Latin, international, and aerobic dance. It's set to music you will LOVE. Learn ChaCha, Merengue and Salsa dance moves in routines that will keep you energized. Zumba makes it fun to stay fit! Classes are for ages 16 and up, held Thursdays- 5:30-6:30 pm. Adult Sand Volleyball Leagues

Sand Volleyball Enjoy some fun in the sand with Brentwood Parks & Recreation's Sand Volleyball Leagues. Each team in the league is guaranteed 7 matches, with the top 4 teams in each league advancing to the play-offs. The winning team of each league receives "Champ" T-shirts. The play-off winner receives a team trophy. Game start times are 6:20, 7:20, 8:20 & 9:20. Officials & Volleyballs are provided. Leagues begin the week of April 21st. Variety Adventure Camp
The Hights
Limits and boundaries are thrown out the window. Adventure Camp is all about making the impossible, possible. Swimming, Rock Climbing, Bike Riding and More! Open to children ages 4-16 with physical and mental disabilities, Variety Adventure Camp includes a two-day session in the winter and four week-long sessions in the summer - all free of charge! Teen Track is available for campers ages 13-16. Teen campers enjoy unique opportunities, such as cooking lessons, horseback riding and other age appropriate activities. Our teens enjoy spending time with their peers while experiencing new adventures! Specially trained counselors and medical professionals are on-site each day, as Variety places great emphasis on safety, proper equipment fit and expert instruction, all adjusted for each camper's ability level.
