I love the zoo! I could be biased because I used to work here, but it's no wonder why it is ranked #1! Prices of parking, admission to special events, food, etc. are not at all outrageous. (Very typical of zoos.) There is free parking that requires a bit of a walk. If you want to park in a zoo lot, you'll have to pay about $8-$10. As I have grown up, I still enjoy going!
Pros: FREE ADMISSION (some zoos require a fee to enter); #1 zoo in America! (Yes, it's true); friendly staff, volunteers, employees
Cons: Other than the highway construction nearby, there are no cons!
