Best Dr. in the Metro East Area. Worth the drive even if you live in Missouri! We drive from South County and he and his staff are the best by far. He treats returning military veterans for free!! He stepped up and helped fund a high school band to go to DC. The band is from Mo. and his practice is in Swansea, between Fairview Heights and Belleville. We love him. Too bad there aren't more doctors like Dr. Komeshak.
Pros: Dr. Komeshak is THE BEST DOCTOR in the metro east area! He is the most gentle and most knowledgeable doctor we ever met. Saved me a lot of money in prescriptions we do not have to take anymore!! From a mother of a family of 4 that is healthy for the first time in many years.

Cons: We always stop by Red Robin by St. Clair Square on the way and we eat too much!
