FUNDRASING TRIVIA NIGHT FOR JAMIE CHILESE

Jamie Chilese is a 12 year old girl that resides in St. Peters, MO.  She was born with a heart defect called Ebsteins Anomaly of the tricuspid valve.  Jamie had surgery on June 19, 2009 and did not respond well to the repair.  She then had to undergo another surgery to reverse the repair.  Unfortunately this surgery resulted in Jamie needing a heart transplant.  The family is experiencing a loss in wages and will endure many medical expenses.  We are searching for any contributions or donations you would be willing to provide.

We are preparing a Trivia Night fundraiser, sponsored by All Saints Parish, for Jamie Chilese and her family on September 12, 2009.  It will be held at St. Roberts Church in St. Charles, Missouri beginning at 6:30 pm.  We will also be having a silent auction and 50/50 raffle.

The cost is $160 for a table of 8 people.  First place wins $200.  All proceeds will go to the Chilese family.  Reservations should be made by August 29, 2009.
