13th Annual Mid-MO Horse, Mule, & Ox Farming & Historical Crafts Days

October 3 - October 4

Hollander Road,  Gerald

Admission: $5 ages 6 to adult Absolutely no refunds.

Draft animal teams will be demonstrating "no gas needed" farming skills and offering wagon rides, as well as providing power for corn-grinding and sorghum pressing (weather permitting). Molasses cooking, spinning, weaving, bobbin lacemaking, natural dyeing, soapmaking, handtool woodworking, gourdcrafting, ropemaking, rug hooking, dry stone masonry, wild-fiber baskets, beekeeping, native plant hikes, and much more (listing subject to change). Rare livestock breeds on display, live bluegrass & mountain music. Real chuckwagon food, whole hog barbecue, kettle corn, plus other treats! More may be added as we get closer to the event weekend!

 Please note that alcohol, ATV's, or pets (even on a leash) will NOT be allowed through the gate. Motorized wheelchairs are OK.
